Although we prepare our reports carefully, each is tailored for a particular purpose and may not be entirely suitable for use in other contexts. Reports generally address the assessed difficulties, strengths and needs in an educational or employment situation.
Where a report is to be used in court or at a tribunal, it is important to try to address all the issues of concern to the court, which will often include information about how to help the client deal with any difficulties identified, but will also look at other issues such as causation, consequences in an historic context and implications for the client at court and at other times throughout the legal process.
See our Legal Section for further information.
